[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice size microwave, roomy, very quiet and does a great job. I do not like the sound of the door closing, which is probably just me, it just does not sound solid. Otherwise, it seems great. This microwave replaced another brand and fits into a slot above our double oven.
Pros: Style/Design, Features/Settings, Performance, Quality, easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the round back , makes it so much easier to keep clean I had an LG for 12 years with the round back and had to replace it after it just stopped working. The only thing I do not like is the KEY PAD it is very difficult to read, the print is very light.

Dark keypad

are having problems reading the gray lettering, LG needs to make a replacement pad with white letters. I would not recommend buying this unit because of this problem. Hopefully they will change this design.

Display impossible to read

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this less than a month ago and liked the size and design. However, it is almost impossible to read the display panel. The clock is lighted but the rest of the display is not. Gray lettering on black background makes it too hard to see. The answer from LG is basically "thanks for your interest". That doesn't help the dissatisfied consumer. Also the item does not look the same as the picture shown on the website in which the display is clearly readable.

Really loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this microwave a month and a half ago when we moved. We had an LG at our old house, but it conveyed. We liked it so much we got a slightly smaller model for our new house. It is really loud. Sometimes when you move it around it quiets down for a few seconds, but then it is buzzing again. Extremely disappointed with the microwave. The sound issue overshadows the fact that it cooks pretty well.
