Use to be great but now you can't even put key in that you bought in store. They expect you to call them and stay on the phone forever which is hard to do when you are taking care of someone who is ill in your house and needs constant care.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not happy that my computer keeps acting crazy, freezing, slow moving, etc. and yet nothing is ever found wrong by Webroot. I have automatic scans set for a specific time of day, but it never runs the scan. I have to manually scan it every day.
