Renewed my subscription but it didn't transfer over to two cell phones. When I tried to install Webroot my password wasn't accepted. I then tried to create a new password, but that didn't work either. I then phoned Webroot for a solution. I was sent a new password that didn't allow me to get phone protection. Webroot finally accepted my password so I was able to complete the installation of the new software on both phones.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is like reviewing your car's airbags...you don't know if they work until you need them and [BANG!] they do. Webroot has caught a few viruses over the years, and my system scans pass, so I guess this is five stars. I don't go in harm's way that I know of, but it's good to be carrying backup just in case. And it's less obtrusive than a 9mm on your hip.

I've been using webroot for several years (on the recommendation of my daughter) and I'm completely satisfied. When I receive an email that's a scam, it's blocked. If I go to a dangerous site, I'm warned before I can access it. I have had 0 intrusions in over 4 years. You can't ask more from an internet security app. Absolutely I recommend it to everyone.

Would be 5 stars except that when I renew I always have a hard time. I can't seem to understand what is necessary except to pay, which is very clear. Also very hard hard to contact when a human is needed.
