They took my credit card information years ago and auto-renew against my wishes. No way to remove it. Phone call IVR routes to a dead message telling me to go to this site where I can't cancel it. They're worse to cancel than Planet Fitness - stay away. Plus they don't do anything Windows Defender can't do.

We loved webroot for a decade, then it was sold to Carbonite. Then Open Text bought them both. In 2025 all users were told their lifetime license was no longer good and was expiring. What away Anger users.
