Customer Reviews for Webroot - Internet Security Complete with Antivirus Protection 2019 (10-Devices) (1-Year Subscription) - Android, Apple iOS, Mac OS, Windows [Digital]
I cannot remove the renew subscription notice from the Webroot screen when I pull up the app, even though it indicates over 300 days remaining. I this persists I will not renew in the future.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your review. You may just need to update your keycode in the Webroot software and warnings will stop.

My family is super happy with this purchase. It was easy to install. It runs and scans quietly, quickly and efficiently behind the scenes. Found and cleaned a few things that my previous secuirty software didnt. Highly recommended.

Oversimplified Firewall
on September 11, 2019
Posted by: Mr Lakin
Based upon my current experience, the firewall is oversimplified. There does not appear to be an easy way to whitelist connections that are not tied to a specific application, such as when I am utilizing a command prompt to run a program to initiate a remote connection. There also doesn't appear to be a way to force a simple allow/prevent box for such situations.
I understand this is probably meant to prevent inexperienced users from encountering questions they do not know how to answer, but there should be an advanced path available for those that do and I've had to stop using Webroot because of this.
