I love this machine it was a great purchase. I love the steam option. I'm still trying to learn how to use it, since I am a bit technologically challenged.

This was my first purchase of an LG product and I'm very happy with it. I looks and feels like it's well built and sturdy. The 10-year warranty on the motor was great. The washer is quiet and I love how clean the clothes get while using less water. I've only had it since August, but I'm sure when my next water bill comes, it will be lower. I would definately purchase another LG appliance in the future.

This is the best washer we've ever had. It's big enough to wash comforters, quilts, and blankets; yet, if you need to wash just a couple of delicate items, you can. I love the speed wash feature. For clothes that are just slightly soiled, the speed wash feature does everything from start to finish in around 15-18 minutes. I've had a couple of dirty loads that required either sanitation or extra hot water and they came out clean -- this is the first washer I've ever had that can handle super dirty loads. Because of the washer's capacity, I can wash more clothes at once and spend less time doing laundry. Best yet - IT DOES NOT SMELL like my previous front-loader. They key to keeping it that way is reading and following the instructions. The magnetic door is a wonderful feature for keeping the door slightly open when the machine is not in use so the interior will dry. The door gasket has drain holes so water doesn't sit in it. I love this machine. It's quiet, even at the top spin speed.

Fantastic Dryer

We bought this dryer for our family (5, 3 kids) and it does a great job with everything we wanted. This was a great middle of road dryer, as it does not have all the bells/whistles, which is fine with us as we did not need all of that; however it has everything we need for our family. Super easy to install, I would definitely recommend this product.

This washer really gets your clothes clean. It uses less water and w/the load sensor saves detergent. The only feature my old front loading washer had that I miss is a "soak" cycle.....useful for really dirty little boys clothes. I like the steam cylces for the whites.

This is my 2nd LG washer...last one was just like this except this one has many new & improved features. Love the steam feature, it's MUCH quieter and faster than last model I had. Great Product!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't like the very low water in the machine. I live on a farm and water is not a problem for us. Might not have bought this machine if I had known about the low water wash.
