Our LG washer is 6.5 years old and has done an excellent job for us. I hope that the washer door on the newer model provides for hinging at either the right or left--ours does not and is unhandy when transferring clothes from the washer to the dryer.
We are happy with the quality.

We are not sure if it is due to our water pressure but the washer did have a loud "Clunck" noise when the water shut off went on and off. We even asked the Geek Squad out to check it. They steered us to a part that can be installed called a water hammer arrester tee. We installed one on both the hot and cold line directly on the machine not on the wall and it works perfectly now. LG should recommend this during purchase. Now we love the features especially for steam & perm press & deep clean items. A tad complicated to learn at first but worth it.

Best Washer/Dryer Combo Available

This was my first LG Appliance purchase and I guarantee it will not be my last! Both of the appliances work better than expected and the features are by far the best available. I particularly loved how well the documentation was written to learn how to operate both machines in record time. Since I am remodeling...my next appliance purchase will be a French Door Refrigerator and it will be an LG for sure.

This is a wonderful machine!!! It has cut our electric bill down tremendously!! It cuts the drying time in half or less!!! What a tremendous money saver. Thank you so much!! I would definitely recommend this machine to a friend!!!
