this washer has this COLD CLEANEd cycle. it works wonder. It uses cold water and it really cleaned my smelly dirty laundry very well!!

This my first brand new washer (and matching dryer) since 1976. I have inherited washers and dryers from friends as they purchased new ones. I love having all the options on how I want to wash my different types of clothing. Having 3 small indoor dogs I love the Sanitary and Allergiene features when washing their blankets. Before buying my LG I checked out almost every brand on the market and I found all the features I wanted with LG at a great price. Would highly recommend

Water hammer and violent tumbling but washes well

We installed machine in our garage on a 2.5" high plywood platform we built years ago to level the cement floor of our old house. Easy to use: The washer door opens wide and it is easy to load and unload this machine. The water hammer and violent tumbling frightened us at first: We thought the machine would explode. Requires very little water and detergent to clean well and spins the clothes almost dry. New machine, first time purchasing a LG machine so I am unable to know how long the machine will last to determine quality or durability. So far, OK.

I LOVE MY NEW WASHER. IT HAS SO MANY CHOICES IN THE WAY TO CLEAN YOUR CLOTHES AND THEY COME OUT CLEAN, NO MATTER HOW DIRTY. I LOVE WASHING MY CLOTHES NOW. I WISH I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN THE BOTTOM DRAWER AS IT IS DIFFICULT ON MY INJURED BACK TO BEND DOWN AND TAKE THE CLOTHES OUT. MAY PURCHASE ONE SOON!

I only have a rave review after 2 months of use, it is easy to use and gets clothes clean. I also appreciate the LG instructions about how to maintain the washer and although I have not needed any product help I have a feeling that they will stand by their product if there is an issue.

I love doing laundry now! The washer is quiet and does a great job! I wash our bedding on the sanitary setting and they come out so fresh! My electric bill has come down already but my old set was very old and inefficient! Our clothes have never been cleaner with all the choices in settings!
