I absolutely love my new front load washer. I am in a wheelchair (I can only stand for a few seconds) and this is so much easier for me to use. Before I had to brace myself against the washer and pull clothes out to place in the dryer. That was very difficult for me. Now I only have to stand for a few seconds to place the detergent and softner in the drawer. The quality is excellent and saves me on water, detergent softner etc..It's also much quicker. Along with the matching dryer it makes washday go so much quicker.
Pros: easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

Love this washer

After fighting with our old Whirlpool Cabrio for a year, we finally broke down and purchased this LG. Love, Love, Love. Clothes come out clean, not tangled and only takes one cycle to dry. Can get my laundry done in a few hours where as I was having to babysit my old machine where it would take half the day to wash one load. Couldn't have made a better decision. I hope to have this washer for awhile.

I have had the new washer for about 4 weeks. My last washer was over 11 years old and stopped working. The new washer is also a front loader, It is quiet and does a great job of cleaning the clothes. It also holds a very large load of clothes. When I ordered the washer/dryer combo, it was delivered in about a week. The delivery person set it up and made sure it worked well. The total experience of buying the product, the delivery and the customer support is excellent. I definitely would recommend this washer.

This washer works great had a Frigidaire which was a big waste of money. I would highly recommend this unit

Sounds like our house is being torn down

The washer is SO loud that on the opposite end of the house I thought someone was actually tearing the house down! It's startling to hear it every time. I also hate the "maintenance" I must do every time drying out the tub door and gaskets and then leaving the door open blocking the doorway to the laundry room. I guess it's my fault for buying something based on the color!

I couldn't believe how big this machine was when they installed. I can now wash large items, like bedcovers and dog beds without any problem. One feature which I really l like is the magnet to keep door open so it can air out between uses. It does everything so much better and quicker than my old machine. Great Product
