Three years and done!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer just three years ago and yesterday while washing a load of six bath towels, the tub came loose, made a terrible noise and water ran everywhere. It's shot and I'm now stuck looking for a replacement. Probably not an LG.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We love our washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second LG washing machine and we love it. First front loader lasted 15years. When we had to change it out it was a no brainer LG all the way. Love the new machine and the way they have changed the controls and the tray to load detergent ext. I would recommend LG products to anyone epically if you want quality and dependability. Thank you LG for great house hold appliances.

Thanks to you we now have a full size machine to do our laundry. The machine itself is wonderful, there is no vibration and it runs extremely quite.
