Need to bring back customer support

Mixed feelings. What works, works pretty well. Confusing sells technique should have been adding another year to what I had but it wiped out 277days and started a new year. Anti virus OK, Console horrible- needs to be more intuitive, storage horrible, password management didn't need already was a last pass customer and VPN so-so sometimes it works sometimes not. Customer support non existent. Have been a customer for several years but this will be the last.

I was billed after numerous attempts to cancel. WebRoot should find a way to renew passwords that don't require confidential questions that don't work.

Want Refund

Attempted to renew early and add a device to my subscription. Couldn't update my prior account as it was on the old customer portal. I was directed to create new profile for the new portal. So I did that. It didn't connect to my prior account. This created a new set of keys. It only connected to my prior account after I paid for the new one. Now my prior one has just automatically renewed. I hope they refund my money.

This sounds like a keycode activation issue. When you open the interface and click on the "my account" cog wheel on the bottom right does it show the keycode that you just purchased? If not all you need to do is copy it in there and it will activate.

I requested a full refund after not receiving any support to issues I was experiencing. I was told I was refunded but until I receive my credit card/bank statement, I won't know for sure. I was disappointed with the support hence the request for a refund. Purchased a 5 device package yet the app was apparently not available in my region (Singapore) for my mobile devices.
