I have had no problems that I am aware of since the Geek Squad recommended and installed this program on my computer. I have been worry free.and plan on staying that way for the future.

Since using Webroot, I have not had any issues with my computer.

In addition to a product that actually works, the few times that I had questions I experienced great turn around time on the answers. I appreciate the portability as my equipment takes a beating and being able to remove a system’s protection and replace it with another computer is a great feature.

Excellent, except one email got through demanded ransom money for alleged transgressions. Don't know who or how to report it. I just bought a new computer; I had internet security complete, and hope the Geeks didn't load a lesser version...

easy virus solution for a busy practice

I have a small business and have 15 computers and I am able to install the antivirus program myself and through website able to switch plans to new computers and delete on older discarded computers
