I never authorized a payment and there is charge of $79.99 on my credit card. Last time I purchased was in 2018 for 1 year.

Webroot is still running very well on my computers. I have used Webroot since 2020 without any problems but I am now subscribing directly from Webroot instead of a third-party. I am relieved the Samsung Android phone compatibility problem is fixed.

I started with Webroot because it combined with Malwarebytes, in my case, gave me both Web-based and client-based protection. I've been using Webroot for more than 10 years and upgraded to Internet Security Complete as soon as tha product came available. It's simple, fast, efficien and unobtrusive. I can't ask for more than that.

I’ve used it for years with automatic installation. However this renewal it did not install even with my help. I think that Microsoft has installed a security system. I would like to have a refund from Webroot if all possible.
