I requested a full refund after not receiving any support to issues I was experiencing. I was told I was refunded but until I receive my credit card/bank statement, I won't know for sure. I was disappointed with the support hence the request for a refund. Purchased a 5 device package yet the app was apparently not available in my region (Singapore) for my mobile devices.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Webroot is still running very well on my computers. I have used Webroot since 2020 without any problems but I am now subscribing directly from Webroot instead of a third-party. I am relieved the Samsung Android phone compatibility problem is fixed.

I started with Webroot because it combined with Malwarebytes, in my case, gave me both Web-based and client-based protection. I've been using Webroot for more than 10 years and upgraded to Internet Security Complete as soon as tha product came available. It's simple, fast, efficien and unobtrusive. I can't ask for more than that.
