Great product. Have been protected for 5+ years; so far so good. Only complain is the renewal/activation process: bought 1-yr subscription in April, activated in May, only good for 11 months.

The only complaint I have is getting technical support to respond. I went on the site left a message, no response no password was sent. I know my email is correct and functional. I am now holding on to speak to a live person, so I have no idea how this will play out.
