Love this software! So easy to use and doesn't hog my system resources like my old security software did. I have noticed a HUGE speed improvement and I'm so happy to be back with Webroot! Woo hoo!

Do not like auto renewal

We were happy until our credit card was charged with auto renewal without our authorization. Your emails were received alerting us that the auto renewal was coming soon. We replied each email sent not to renew us automatically. We were charged anyway. We had trouble contacting the person that would cancel our auto renewal charge but once we did they credited our card. We had to wait several days before we saw the refund.

Webroot products are the best products available on the market today. They provide the highest level of computer internet security and protection. I have tried other virus programs in the past however once I discovered Webroot there is absolutely so comparable products out there. Not only are your computers secure; the speed in which this software scans your entire computer is unsurpassed. There are many options and preferences also. I have been using computers for over 20 years and Webroot products are simply the best.

Hmmm

So here's the thing. I have no idea what level of risk there is or how well this product actually works. I don't even know if they are the ones who launch all the hack attacks to create a market for this product. I always go back and forth before renewing. AT the end of the day, I sort of feel pressured into reluctantly signing up (what if I didn't and something bad happened). Anyway, that's my story

Uninstall

So my Webroot AV was acting really silly and I tried to unistall so I can reinstall it. However when I went into my control panel the Webroot Icon was gone and now I cant uninstall it. Not sure whats going on i even tried in safemode and no luck. I might have to rethink about this brand. I have never had any issues until now. Very disappointing

Computer illiterate user

I can't say much other than that as a 78 year old I really don't know how to get around, see, or understand if my computer is well protected. Old fashioned, I would like to be able to easily and readily pull up and see the program.
