I'm very happy with the product, except for one area. We use it on PCs and Android phones, and when I resubscribed, the only way I found to update the keycode was to uninstall and reinstall the app on the phone. On the PC it was very simple, I merely popped the new keycode in the appropriate field, and was done, but it's much more difficult on the Android phone. You should make it as easy to update and inputting the new keycode in the account section.

To activate a new keycode on your Mobile Device:
To apply your new keycode to your Android or Kindle device, please follow the instructions below:
1. Open the Webroot Antivirus app on your device.
2. Press the Menu button on your device.
3. In the menu that pops up, tap Register.
4. Tap Activate to enter your new keycode.
5. Enter your new keycode and tap OK.

Mobile Devices/phone apps

This product appears to work with an Android mobile device, but not with iPhone 7plus IOS 11 device. Works well with Mac pro book and desktop.

Webroot is Secure Anywhere is a great product. It is so fast and uses very little resources, you would never know it is running in the background. Your red and yellow competitors really slowed things down.

Love this software! So easy to use and doesn't hog my system resources like my old security software did. I have noticed a HUGE speed improvement and I'm so happy to be back with Webroot! Woo hoo!

Do not like auto renewal

We were happy until our credit card was charged with auto renewal without our authorization. Your emails were received alerting us that the auto renewal was coming soon. We replied each email sent not to renew us automatically. We were charged anyway. We had trouble contacting the person that would cancel our auto renewal charge but once we did they credited our card. We had to wait several days before we saw the refund.

The Best Computer Virus and Malware Protection Available

Webroot products are the best products available on the market today. They provide the highest level of computer internet security and protection. I have tried other virus programs in the past however once I discovered Webroot there is absolutely so comparable products out there. Not only are your computers secure; the speed in which this software scans your entire computer is unsurpassed. There are many options and preferences also. I have been using computers for over 20 years and Webroot products are simply the best.
