Absolute Protection for Finite Weld Synergy

The company has and will continue to use WebRoot for a number of years on several devices without any issues or concerns for an owner/operator business. Previously‚ with other software‚ there were always a "timely" crack for a critter to slip thru and shut us down. The scanning‚ reports and lack of shutdowns have saved us not only IT expenses but also saved us in lost time (no lost time in three years) = revenue. Additionally‚ we are cloud based and utilize web services 24/7 with file replications. There hasn't been a compromised file and webroot doesn't appear to be a conflict with any operating system or high end software we must use. Thanks for doing it right!

Seems to work as an antivirus system

I purchased this to protect, a LapTop, Windows Tablet, 2 x Samsung Phones and a Samsung Tablet. It seems to work OK but I can't get all of the statistics for these devices on the one login page. I seem to have two accounts and can't link them together. Also have WiFi anywhere product.

downgrading is hard

The product was just fine, but I didn't want the max protection for five devices. I did not find it easy to choose the less expensive service upon renewal. I was given the choice of opting out of auto renewal (which put me at the max) or renewing - nothing in between like choosing less coverage. This could be improved.

Love My Webroot

I have been using Webroot since 2014 and have never had my computers infected with viruses or malware etc. I like that it checks everything automatically and warns me about sites that are not safe. I seldom look at the Interface but when I do it is easy to understand. They also provide excellent Customer Service the couple of times I have called them. I highly recommend Webroot because it is so easy to use.
