Initial Webroot installation

After much pain in removing the old Symantec software off my two main computers, the installation of the Webroot software was relatively easy. Somewhat confusing was trying to figure out which version of Webroot I needed to purchase. Simpler language for non-computer engineers to understand the differences would help. Operationally the only issue I've come across so far is that on my old Dell computer it no longer allows me to select and disengage a flash drive for safe removal as it use to. This function still works on my HP computer, so I don't know why it quit working on the other since the Webroot installation seemed to occur without a hitch on both machines.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Need to cancel and have money refunded

impossible to cancel the automatic renewal

Horrible First Experience!

Just got my new laptop, bought the Webroot software, ready to type in the keycode but the numbers peeled off when trying to remove the label. I called Webroot and they're closed! Why would you all use such an antiquated way to get a keycode? You know, at some point, the number will lift off where we can't make it out. Now here I sit having to wait until Monday to talk to someone! Never will I use you all again!!
