I have been using this for over 10 years already. Never had a problem. I do understand if I go anywhere that you have not checked out yet and if I go there I could get a virus. I would recommend this to everyone.

Please be advised that I have not had any access nor have you supplied me with any Protection for the past several months. To date, I regret to add that you have failed to issue me with a refund for almost a year without any service. You call that Webroot Protection?
