Hard time

It is very hard to install. You install and it asks you to renew and renew and renew and renew. ???????? It did the same thing last time.

Disappointed

Purchased the full protection and was not able to download it to my Windows phone. Was only able to download to my desktop. Should have purchased the lower cost product.

Not compatible for android!

I tried to download from the app store and it says 'not compatible' for this device!!!
So what am I going to do with this security system I purchased that is not compatible for my pad???

Where's the Password Manager???

I have used Webroot for over 3 years with good results. However, since renewing/upgrading in January, I an still unable to use password manager due to an internal glitch that remains unfixed. My review at this point is based on the fact that the clock is ticking on my one year subscription and I a unable to use the ONE feature that I upgraded for. WHEN WILL THE FIX BE DONE??

Lack of information

When my 2yr subscription expired, I did not hesitate to renew my subscription. Having suffered what I thought was a breach, which turned out to be spam, I found out AFTER struggling with the upgrade that, MS Edge was NOT supported. Maybe that should have been listed on the package. I had moved off of the problem laptop running Windows 8, to Windows 10. Shouldn't have been a problem, right?...but it was. First, the password vault did not work. Then, after dealing with support, and they helped me get the password vault working, I find out that I cannot run it with MS Edge. So, I'm still in limbo with no passwords on the subsequent browser, as I have not had time to load the extension to get it to run. It shouldn't have been this difficult.
Not very happy right now.

Auto reniew wasn't my choice!

The product is ok. But where I am not happy is, last year I turned off the auto renew. Without my approval, the software was renewed and my credit card billed. I tried to turn off again the auto renew, it says it's off. Next year, I will call Mastercard and let them know that I never made the transaction and will complain for a fraud.

My problem is

I have never been able to get the full program loaded and working on my computers. They just have problem after problem when I start to even try again.

Great on Windows. Awful on Mac

I am very happy with this product on Windows. Scans quickly in background without using much resources. On Mac it is terrible. Scans take for ever. High CPU use. Whenever fans started on my Mac laptop I knew Webroot was scanning my SSD. I got a couple of false positives on Mac also but that is probably more to do with my software installed on Mac vs Windows rather than anything wrong with Mac version (I hope). Sometimes shutting down Webroot on Mac would not shut it down and I had to restart computer and try to shut down Webroot before it started scanning.
