Horrible CROOKS!

Tried their Service it was horrible, they kept sending me reminders to renew and I did not. They took it upon themselves to charge me anyway! Jerks! Reported them!

Don't try downloading on alternate computer

Been using webroot for a few years. It has no idea that I've already bought the annual renewal. It doesn't allow me to log into my account and download on another laptop. Why is it so hard? Following the instructions from the renewal confirmation email doesn't work. THERE IS NO DOWNLOADS page. When trying alternate ways to find a download, it continues prompting me to pay for something I've already paid for. I'm logged into my account. How can webroot not sync this up? Pathetic.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not What I Expected

I purchased Webroot SecureAnywhere® Internet Security Complete thinking that it would protect my computer and related devices - it did not. I received an emailed Trojan and Webroot missed it. My daily scans showed that everything was good-to-go - not the case. So 300 plus apology emails later to my clients and here I am with cramping fingers. I deleted Webroot from my computer and replaced it with a program that did find and delete the Trojan. I have lost all faith in Webroot.

I am not happy with the support. I have had this for 2 years I think. I thought I had 5 devices protected, but it seems that I possibly only have one protected. T sales person who renewed me said all devices would be renewed in about 25 minutes. Three days later, I still got the "un-protected, renew now" notice. I had a chat with someone and very soon the warning went away on this computer. The Android still say unprotected. I downloaded the Mobile app from Play Store. They both show up on the screen, but it still says unprotected. The Android has never been protected, I guess. I have two laptops and another desktop that I am sure are not protected. It is kind of sad that the support is so confusing to some of us less computer savy people.
