If you have latest MacOS, DON'T BUY!

Still not compatible with Mac OS Catalina... otherwise good software. Upset that I upgraded my OS without knowing it wouldn't work. Think I should at least get a pro rated credit for the subscription time that I'm losing!

Loved Webroot until I updated my Mac to Catalina.

Webroot was a fabulous malware and antivirus tool. Easy to follow and setup. Once I updated to Catalina for my Mac. Webroot security did not work. Very disappointed that Catalina seem to catch Webroot for Mac unprepared. Also being without an antivirus protection for a month or more While Webroot tries to provide a fix is scary. I would have given Webroot 4 1/2 stars otherwise.

I have purchased the webroot secure anywhere product. Received and installed the disk and the software appears to be working. However, every time I turn on the computer I receive a message that my subscription has expired.

Frustrated in difficulty logging in

I don’t have issues with the product. It is a very good one! MY concerns is that IT IS so DIFFICULT LOGGING IN AND VERY FRUSTRATING. MANY TIMES I PUT ALL THE INFORMATION REQUIRED AND STILL APPEAR “WRONG USER ID or PASSWORD “

installed on 2 computers, both say that there is no anti spyware installed, both show an open process and one says it crashed in the last month and is lit up in red

Added charge from Microsoft really!

Just updated my web root and must has missed the $16 dollar Microsoft subscription and just got taken for missing a box. Will never use web root after this for adding this on checkout. Have used this for years never had this happen till now hope the 16 bucks was worth losing 60 bucks a year!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
