I'm happy with the product but you're not good to your existing customers. Auto renewal is $80 but you can get a copy from various places for less than half that. Convenience shouldn't cost that much.

If you are not renewing automatically (and paying full price), renewal virtually always goes wrong, requiring multiple phone calls to associate the renewal and the existing account to ensure you are credited with the full period for both.

I still am not able to download to any of my devices and every time I sign in then I go to download it it doesn’t pull up and then when I ask for help from support it asks me to sign in again and the says my password is incorrect. Not sure what going on.

I bought a new laptop and I have my keycode, but no account information. They won't let me use the Webroot that I paid for, on this new laptop. It's on the laptop but says information has not been verified yet. Not Cool!!!

Too many hoops

I tried to follow the directions, but they did not install the program. Stop trying to get more money out of us, Make it simple. One hour has passed and its still not installed, and I don't want to start all over and get double billed like B4.
