installed on 2 computers, both say that there is no anti spyware installed, both show an open process and one says it crashed in the last month and is lit up in red

Added charge from Microsoft really!

Just updated my web root and must has missed the $16 dollar Microsoft subscription and just got taken for missing a box. Will never use web root after this for adding this on checkout. Have used this for years never had this happen till now hope the 16 bucks was worth losing 60 bucks a year!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Superior Security Protection Product

Webroot has been on my devices for 5 years without one problem. Recently, I purchased the new Webroot Secure Anywhere for my devices and WoW it is by far the superior product, I feel safe. The new Secure Anywhere protection shield is amazing. I Love it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I'm a relatively new user and still exploring, but the price was reasonable, and the program protects my phone and my passwords. (Security and passwords were separate purchases in my previous product.) The easy download was followed by a physical disc (copy), which is a nice backup feature. Scans are quick and protection is extensive. So far, I'm more than satisfied!

Not worth it

This app is frustrating and unintelligible. For example, I cannot verify that all my electronics are protected. This should be easily available, but after searching its sites, I’ve yet to find an answer. Quick to take your money and then you are on your own. Did I REALLY waste $150 on this? Yep.

I don't know if when i do banking if it's secure or not. I'm confused about all the wording when i go in to set things up or if i even have set it up?! My son recommended it.

I have found most other protection lacking in all sorts of ways.
Webroot makes my PC run much better by optimising it by putting files back in order daily.
I have never had any conflicts and when I you don't notice something working in the background that's exactly what a great security system is all about.
