I know it's installed. And I never have any problems with viruses.
A great tool for internet security. Have used Webroot for over 15 years. I'm still impressed with the quality of software, and user interface. Webroot is easy on the PC processor workload, and doesn't create issues with performance. Simply outstanding.
I have come to love your product over the years. However when I purchased it this last time off the internet, I had a hell of a time trying to install it on my laptop because I had to fight with my HP laptop to install it and 2 you diversified into wifi security and internet security and me not being super computer savvy, had a rough time trying to get it to download and work. I kept confusing the 2 products and it lead to many hours of frustration for me. Please try to make it clearer for a non-computer expert like myself.

Great Protection

I love this and will continue to use it. The only problem I had this year is that it doesn't just renew when I select it. I have 2 laptops and I had to uninstall it, restart the laptop, then reinstall it. After that it worked fine.
I purchased back in January, and yes I forgot to undo the auto renewal, but I did email you that day that I did not need the renewal. You either didn't get the message or didn't read it, because you renewed and charged me anyway. I like the product, but every year it's something else that's a problem with communication. It was very very difficult to get in contact with anyone. Your online or phone communication is a joke. Like I said, I like the products, but I will see about next renewal date.
