once the product was up and running I had no problem with it but it took weeks for them to recognize that I had paid them and start running.

Not happy that my computer keeps acting crazy, freezing, slow moving, etc. and yet nothing is ever found wrong by Webroot. I have automatic scans set for a specific time of day, but it never runs the scan. I have to manually scan it every day.
