The "new" version with a red dashboard is trouble.

We root has a problem with the latest version. Ever since I renewed my subscription which downloaded a new version with a red status panel, we root locks up my computer and will not work. I have to try to shut down protection and turn off the program so I may reload Webroot and have it function again. This problem occurs regularly, at least three times a week. The previous dashboard, without a red colored panel was more reliable and did not give me problems. The new version is buggy.

Recently, my internet service kept being turned off on my main computer only. I finally figured out it was being done by webroot. Evidently someone was trying to hack into my computer. When they realized they couldn't get in they stopped trying. Great job webroot!!!
