I do not know how it happened, but I was scammed and had money taken fraudulently from my account, with Webroot fully updated and working. Luckily I noticed and reported it.

I have been using Webroot for many years on many machines. The recent change to carbonite has made the interface unusable. I was unable to log in or get support to do so for purchased keys and I cancelled all of my subscriptions.
