Webroot not used

Unfortunately, after a few weeks of being downloaded into our 11 year old Dell computer, the computer crashed! So I can’t really say how it has worked for us. If we purchase another computer, can we still use the program, or is it too late for us? Or can it be carried over to a PC or Apple iMac? Mahalo!

Also, keep in mind that if you're using an old computer on windows XP for example, webroot no longer supports that operating system. Upgrading your computer and OS to Windows 10 would be advisable.

i already have this but it will not load on my new chrome book. i was supposed to purchase webroot for chrome book, this has been nothing but a nightmare, everytime i try to down load it i just get redirected to purchase something. at this point i just want my money back.
