HAVIN TO WIPE DRIVE TO GET RID OF WEBROOT

PRODUCT WILL NOT LET ME ACCESS ACCOUNT. USING PASSWORD THAT IS CORRECT, AND ANSWERING SECURITY QUESTION CORRECTLY. SAYS WILL SEND LINK TO RESET PASSWORD, BUT NO LINK SENT. BUT IT GETS THE EMAIL ADDRESS CORRECT, AS IT SENDS RENEW, RENEW, RENEW MESSAGES. WAS WANTING TO RENEW, BUT NOW JUST WANT TO REMOVE PRODUCT. SINCE PASSWORD IS NOT RECONIZED, I HAVE TO ASSUME THAT MY MACHINE HAS BEEN CORRUPTED, AND THE PRODUCT HAS NOT DONE ITS JOB. CANNOT TRUST MACHINE NOW, OR PROGRAM. AS I UNDERSTAND FOR REMOVAL, I WILL NEED ACCESS TO CONSOLE TO UNINSTALL. AFTER 6 MONTHS, I AM NOW STUCK WITH FORMAT AND WIPE DRIVE AND REINSTALL, WHICH IS NOT A GOOD REFLECTION ON YOUR PRODUCT.

I bought the one time web protection and started getting charged all kinds of charges by Webroot. I didn't give any consent to charge my card or for them to even keep my card on file. I also called about this issue and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. Will never use this company again!

Unwanted automatic renewal, payment

I canceled the service a year ago, but keep getting automatic renewals, also they charged my credit card automatically. Not happy with service.

IMPOSSIBLE TO MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION

I have been trying to cancel my subscription that just auto renewed without notice or email for almost an hour. KB articles are restricted. Help pages don't even mention subscription management. Finally got to a page (from a google link) to disable the auto renewal and it says it isn't active... then why was I charged? No clear path to contact anyone about it and only business hours support to call? Absolute frustration. Stay far away from this nonsense.
