Annoying nag for renewal

To be fair I find the product funtionaility good. What I HATE is that 60 days from your renewal its starts to nag for you to renew at full price. 60 days thats 1/6th of the membership duration. Why should I be nagged this far out? I've had enough and won't be renewing with them any more.

I have used Webroot for some time now but my recent renewal experience drove me away. They took my money without a problem but getting the update to install, or even show up in my account was a complete failure. Trying to contact Webroot to fix the problem was even more of a disappointment. Online contact options were limited to pre-canned replies that did not address my problem. Phoning them also got only pre-recorded responses except one option that threw me into a phone queue of unknown length. I gave up after 10 minutes on hold and decided to eat the $70 since I couldn't get ahold of them to request a refund either.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
