Complete Trash System

wont actually let you login to your account. Auto-renews without any way to cancel. Since your unable to login it wont let you use multiple devices. Complete trash program

I have used Webroot for some time now but my recent renewal experience drove me away. They took my money without a problem but getting the update to install, or even show up in my account was a complete failure. Trying to contact Webroot to fix the problem was even more of a disappointment. Online contact options were limited to pre-canned replies that did not address my problem. Phoning them also got only pre-recorded responses except one option that threw me into a phone queue of unknown length. I gave up after 10 minutes on hold and decided to eat the $70 since I couldn't get ahold of them to request a refund either.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am giving it four stars because I haven't had it that long. It starts out a little slow when cleaning, but speeds up. My computer is still running faster than before. It seems to be doing its job when I using the computer.
