REALLY BAD!!!!! My computer is infected and I am not able to use it WEBROOT failed to warnme not tolog in to the website.

I installed Webroot onmy PC and was not warned of a dangerouswebsite. Consequently my system was inefected and I could not boot it. I have been without the use of it for at east a week What happened. I THOUGHT WEBROOT WAS SUPPOSED TO PROTECT ME!!!!!! Can I get a refund?

Not the best choice

I recently installed this software. Since i experienced, notifications about infections, and suddenly after no scans or anything, all infections was not to be found anywhere. It keeps saying that my subscription is over, but i have just recently activated it, and I cant turn anything on or off, when the errors start. This is not ok. I have to buy another security now, because i dont know if this works or not. dNOT feel Safe at all. wasted money.

Doesn't work with Windows 10 update

Three weeks after the release of the windows 10 fall creators update, webroot still doesn't work. Locks all my files and folders!

Over charged

I love webroot to keep my computer safe but the renewal department is completely incompetent. I was charged two times for webroot for a year! It also over drew my account and I had to pay that fee on top of it! I don't know if I renew in a year or not
