I thought I had the best protection until my system was locked out because of no protection from Webroot.

The antivirus and malware protection seems OK. The VPN has been glitchy -- it often disconnects then disrupts my online work when it tries to reconnect. Sometimes this happens so frequently that I just turn the VPN off. I would recommend everything except the VPN.

Unable to Get Keycode to Cancel with PC down

The automatic renewal unless you opt out with your keycode is ridiculous. With my PC is packed away in storage, I cannot retrieve the keycode they want. I hope I can contact someone about this. I have used Webroot since they started up, but now they are pulling the same stunts as all sodtware companies.

Virus filled computer

I used this protection only to discover that it failed to protect my computers. Numerous viruses from various sites. I have tried to cancel the subscription BUT have not been able to do so. The page that is supposed to allow me to cancel DOES NOT ALLOW this to be done.

I have always appreciated Webroot's service, but this year I have been harrassed and threatened with no service. I have my receipt of renewal October 20, 2020. November 24 I'm still being told I need to renew.

Bought this after reading on front and back covers about being good for 5 devices, including PC, Mac, and Mobile (Android and ios), smartphones and tablets. After opening package, under large print about protection for all your devices, in small print "for laptop and desktop only". Is this deception or not?
