I have your coverage and paid for it several months ago. since then I have received several emails telling me I have no coverage and asking me to sign up for coverage and pay you again. and I had no access to you to correct this problem so I have given up on you.

Best Antivirus Suite EVER

Unlike competitors to Webroot who (allegedly) include cryptominers, were named after future fugitives, or might even be providing some kind of info-harvesting for select governments, whose products are bulky, somewhat slow, and definitely predictable (hence the ability to "benchmark" them), Webroot uses a tiny piece of software to essentially protect your devices via the Cloud, providing awesome protection that the review sites can't figure out ("magic," perhaps?). Small. Fast. Astoundingly precise and effective. Why even bother with the others?

Terrible update issues

I've been a customer for many years and I was happy with the service but it's seems that many are getting stressed out about the update. I can't even get into my account. It's not recognizing my E mail or password, and there is no reset "forgot password" option so that at least I can see if that's the issue. Feel like we're being ignored. Bad reviews are piling up in Google play store. You guys need to do something immediately. As time passes we're supposed to go forward not backwards and upsidedown at the same time.

Do not buy!

I had a ssd fail and had to replace. I am trying to download but it keeps failing and also will not let me get rid of previous PC . Used to be good but I am gonna end up going back to Norton.

Horrible virus protection

I had to install the new mobile app that has no history of what was scanned just some little check box that said complete no issues. Plus I hot a new phone and the new app doesn't work.

Not working on my Mac laptop was a waste of my money. I had to take my laptop to my IT person because it would not install he said it has to many issues so I need to wait about three months for there updates. I want a refund.
