Prompted too Early

I was very disappointed to learn, after purchasing recently that I had over 400 days left on my existing coverage. I was prompted to purchase but after doing so, saw how many days I had left. And since moving from an Android to an iPhone, learned that coverage doesn't work on the new phone. So I'm paying for more than I can use. Disappointed.

For some reason I cannot get it to work. It keeps asking me to pay which I already did. My son came over and he couldn't get it either to work as it kept saying to pay first. I have had this for a couple years with no problem and loved it. I just want it to work.

Webroot renewal

I currently have an internet security program. It expires on August17, 2020. Why do I get pop ups 5 or six times daily telling me it has expired and I have to renew now.

Great product....but where's the tech support?

I bought a new laptop and needed to add the new computer to my 12 month plan I purchased two months ago. It was such a frustrating process that I gave up and just bought a new plan. When I reached out for assistance all I got was a poorly written robo auto email.

Not working for Mac

I will be going back to Webroot for a full refund because this product keeps displaying an error message stating that I need to give it full disk access, even though I have done so repeatedly on both my iMac 27" and Macbook Pro.

having problem with various scams taking over my screen saying updates needed for mcafee, Norton, or other products that I don't have installed. You should be stopping these annoying intrusions. You need an updating of your product.

The renewal cost for my Webroot complete is quoted as 20% higher than the U.K. site for the same product .
Why as an existing customer am I being asked to pay apprx 20% extra

GOOD PRODUCT BUT

The product seems fine and fast of a daily scan. My problem is with their autorenewal program. I already talked to them to stop the autorenewal, they did, and this year it is back again. Very frustrating.
