Easy to use

Only negative, in my opinion, is the feature that LG thinks is one of the selling points...the power button in the back. I don't like it because it is directly below the camera lens positioned between the volume control buttons.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Quality
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best phone I've ever had

I've had phones from all the major manufacturers over the years, and this is the best phone I've ever owned. I can't find a single thing wrong with it. No software glitches. No hardware issues. Nothing wrong with it, and I've had it three months now. I'm very happy with it. The camera takes great photos.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, Features/Settings, Quality

Well pleased with the phone

I love this phone so far, esp considering that I have another 2yrs with Verizon b/c of it, crystal clear screen, many features, up to date, sleek, what's not to love with snapdragon, The ONLY thing I despise enough to give it 4 stars is the stupid buttons on the back....not just b/c they are on the back, but the design on the Verizon version,..the volume buttons almost align with the power button, takes to long for my big fingers to get the one I'm looking for...& in the camera, u have the option to use the volume to zoom, but b/c the buttons are so close together, my finger is always in front of the lens....that's the ONLY thing I don't like...other than that....I believe this was an excellent choice for a phone that I plan to have for a few years.
Pros: Performance, Features/Settings, Quality

My 1st LG phone turns into one disappointed owner
on January 15, 2014

The phone was great until I began having issues with the touch screen almost a month into owning the phone. did some research and discovered this is a know issue since the phone has been out. LG has yet to resolve the issue or even address it with a cause. This phone would've received higher ratings but due to the touchscreen issue I can't go past what I've given. LG needs to support their products better and give fixes to major components right away.
I recommend this product if LG can fix this issue asap, but I would've went with the S4 or Nexus had I known about this major issue that they have yet to resolve.
Pros: Style/Design, easy to use

No regrets

SIze and priced just right. Quite easy to use once you get the hang of it. I don't regret buying the G2. I can still have the same APPS that I had on my iPhone. The battery capacity is very good. I don't need to tag along my charger or power packs.

Actual Value-Added Software

Each generation of smartphone has features that define it. This generation is defined by the "knock-on" feature introduced by the LG G2. While the back-facing buttons have taken some getting used to, the ability to turn on the phone by tapping the screen mitigated being out of my button comfort zone. This phone has exceeded all of my expectations.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, Features/Settings

The quality is pretty bad

To start with, my phone kept restarting whenever I unlock the screen and does this about five times a day. Second, there were occasionally severe, sudden battery drains, even though I was barely using it. Finally, the screen is now insensitive.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, Features/Settings

I have not been disappointed with this product yet! The resolution of the screen is fantastic! Great streaming quality. The camera can capture the best moment in high resolution along with videos. And finally the battery life is just amazing. I can go all day without being stuck next to a plug! I also admire the feature where the text message pops up in the corner for you to reply to, which means I can stream netflix and text at the same time! Perfect phone.
