Great, But have some problem initially

This heats up very faster and its very effecient. All setting are preset, so very user friendly.
But only drawback with my microwave was, the magnatron that is the main part of the microwave got fused within few days of usage, but the service was excellent, and they came and replaced it. But it's the only bad thing I hesitate to go for a next GE brand.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Functions great but keypad is very hard to read

Microwave works great and has all the features I would want except a backlit keypad. In the evening I feel like I need a flashlight to read the keypad. For that reason I rated this a bit lower.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Overall, I'm very happy. However, at this price point and particularly with a black background, the display should be back lit.

I like the microwave but there are some things I would do to it to make it more user friendly . First I would have the control panel soft lighted so you can read it in the dark. The surface light could be brighter.

Better luck the second time

This is the 2nd one in less than 3yrs.the only reason I bought it was because of the vent was already cut in the wall.
