Just stopped working

One day it just didn’t work anymore. Like there was no power. Unpluggesed it’s for a few minutes and tried again, there is a buzzing sound when the door is closed, stope when opened. Looked like it worked again as I could start the microwave function itself the died again. Given the price, probably not worth calling for service. Will buy another brand, nothing premium here.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We purchased the entire GE Profile package and have loved it every since. Now I need to replace our microwave and will go with GE again

You can unplug the microwave oven for 30 seconds, then plug it back in. Make sure the 3-prong plug is fully inserted into wall outlet. It's also possible a fuse in your home may be blown or the circuit breaker tripped. You can replace fuse or reset circuit breaker.
If the above suggestions do not work, you may schedule service for an accurate diagnosis and repair. You can schedule service by calling 1-800-432-2737 or online here: https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm. We are confident they will be able to assist.

GE MWO

This is, minimum, our 3rd MWO in 20 years. And the only one that fit our cabinetry space. Hopefully this one lasts longer than our last GE. So far so good! Install was punctual, quick and I paid for the take-away of broken old one. Received concrete communication about delivery via text leading up to the day of. Communication is very important to me, and it was seamless.

Noisy and Now Paint Completely Peeled Off Inside

This is the noisiest Microwave I have ever owned. And to think I purchased it so I could shut off the beep because I don’t like noise. The entire bottom of the microwave paint fell off. Now metal is showing and it is completely unusable. Garbage.

Fire hazard

Our microwave also caught fire at tab that holds rack and melted tab. Need replacement.
