The microwave is a nice size and cooks very well. Only complaint is the plastic on the control panel always looks dirty.

Lighting problem

I like the defrost features. The light underneath is too far back and not bright enough to illuminate the top of my stove's cooking surface.

I wish the signal to notify of finish was louder

The unit is very quiet I wish it had more watts, my fault. I am very disappointed in the completion signal, I have it set for the loudest and still can barely hear it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this as a replacement for another brand that quit running. It cooks okay, but doesn't have different defrost levels. Also, the fan is very, very noisy!
