Stops Working!!!!!!!!

I bought a new build home, this product was part of the package. I have lived in the home for 3 months in this time it has stopped working 2 times. The really bad part is that both times it has stopped working on Saturday, so trying to get someone out to do the repair is near impossible. it normally takes about 4 days to get it working again. I am very disappointed with this product. To top is it all off they will not replace it unless a repair man says it is not fixable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Would like for it to have more features. Such as a melt, soften, etc button. The light underneath is way too dim. Rotating plate makes noise from time to time and rattles.

This product replaces a 10 year old similar GE micro - it seems more powerful - food is more completely warmed - lots of great new features - especially like the 39 second add feature.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I replaced an old GE microwave that lasted 15 years. The stove top light only provides light near the wall and not over the burners. Definately a poor design flaw. They could have directed it towards the front.
