Good features, not so good display.

The front of this oven is difficult to read. The display is black (no back lighting) and some of the writing is gray which is almost impossible to read. The white writing on the rest of it is readable but could be better with a brighter display.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best Microwave I've Ownded

I never thought of GE as an appliance provider. Sure I've owned a rug cleaner back in the day but GE is a creator so why not. This microwave and I have had at least 4 in my lifetime (going back to dial the knob) is the best by far. The other brands were just popular at the time but GE has outlasted them all. I'm glad to have a GE microwave and it uses less power to get the same jobs done in less time. That is what makes the GE microwave awesome for me. I highly recommend one.

Stopped working

This microwave came in my new home I bought 3 years ago. It has stopped working right in the middle of popping popcorn. I have checked the breaker box and it is ok and it is plugged in. It just stopped working, It is totally blank. I am very disappointed, it should last longer than 3 years.

So disappointed!

I loved my microwave when we first bought it. Loved the look and how easy to use. Matches my GE stove and is attractive in my kitchen. However, it’s no longer working. Had an original service call due to sparks coming from metal rack inside microwave after 1.5 years of ownership. Now it’s not heating food even though it goes on. Very disappointed this appliance lasted less than four years from purchase. Our original microwave from builder lasted 14-15 years. Not sure I will purchase another GE microwave after this experience.
