Love the shelf !!

I really like the shelf feature and I also like that you can shut off the turntable.

It has a light that is inadequate and buttons that are hard to see when dark

Did not work when installed

The fan on the microwave didn't work when we bought it. I called the help line and they were helpful to direct the service people to come look at it. But it took 6 weeks for them to repair it. Now that it is fixed I am satisfied with it.

This is a great fast way to heat up and cook in hurry. I have had company this past weekend and it worked great in serving up hor d'vors. Looks good with my other appliances

Our new GE microwave replaces a unit we had installed in 2008. It has all the features we need, looks good and the green LED display matches others displays in the kitchen.

I have been using the microwave for about 3 months now. Haven't had a single issue with it. My only negative point is that the exhaust fan is pretty dang loud. But that doesn't take away from any features of the microwave and it's still a solid appliance.
