No Power

We bought this about 3 years ago and last week it just stopped working. No power. Outlet is all fine. It looks brand new, but just stopped working. These things should last a lot longer. Had Frigidaire before that lasted forever, but the front door got cracked a bit, plus we changed everything to stainless steel.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It suddenly started. First it was a buzzing sound and then the microwave stopped entirely.

Cheaply made it’s not real stainless steel. The stainless steel handle is pealing off. The handle is plastic with a thin paper like stainless steel colored material the coats it. It’s peeling off after 2 years. He has the audacity’s to charge 150 plus tax and shipping for a replacement handle

Attractive and offers good cooking options

We purchased this model to replace a previous GE Profile. The model is attractive, lightweight, a good size. We especially like the wire rack which allows 2 simultaneous cooking levels; however, as much as we like it, inserting and removing it is tedious. I also wish the timer chime were a tad louder.
I would recommend this to a friend!
