Nice product but the buttons?

Great looking and working appliance but the buttons are cheap. Past experiences tell me that the buttons have the potential to either stick or crack/split over time. We love the nightlight feature and the auto set for it works great.

Not as powerful as our old non-GE OTR. Also has the annoying presets so that is taking some getting used to. One question to the engineers - Why are the "night lights" set at the back? They should be upfront over the range.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
