We love having a microwave after not having one for over a year! Heats things up thoroughly. It is easy to use and clean.

A little annoying

My issue is the touch screen buttons. First, they have to be touched "just so" in order for them to register what you want. Second, they are not that easy to read. They could be back-lit and the type could be larger. The "start" button should be red. I waste a lot of time finding the correct button, and by the way do not wear glasses except for close reading. And, what is the logic in having to hit the timer button a second time, instead of hitting "start"? The unit cooks and cleans up fine but I do not like the buttons.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Installed after remodel 2 months ago and it works well. Our last one was like shouting over a 747 in the kitchen, this one is Soooo quiet you cand talk quietly in the kitcken while microwave is running. Sweet

Simple but effective less expensive model from GE. Stainless is a plus, a little too much noise
