Our prior GE microwave lasted 11 years so naturally we wanted the same. It is a good product and does its job.

We purchased multiple appliances two years ago. This M/W has been a problem from day one. Several repair calls early on. They were always fixed under warranty, but today it stopped heating. In the trash it went. The retailer gave us a really good deal on another one. I like GE but not this product

I was surprised to how quiet this microwave is. We just replaced a GE microwave that we owned for 12 years. This microwave is wonderful. GE way to go. You never let me down.

This came with the house we bought and we love it! Works great, cooks great and fast! Comes in handy when trying to get dinner ready and kids are hungry.
