I bought this one to replace one that had a touch screen panel. This one is so much easier to understand and the buttons are easy to find. My only concern is that the template for mounting was WAY off. It was approx 2 inches too short. I was lucky in that my old model was a GE, so, I didn't have to worry about making new holes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointing

Moved into my new home less than two years ago and thtis microwave has quit on me already. Normal duty and it looked like a nuclear reactor inside. Plastic dish. No metal but it sounded like it. Very disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this product some months ago because it fitted perfectly in between my hanging cabinets. Capacity is big and it heats food more efficiently than my old one.
