Needed repairman out within 2 weeks after purchase

Silly problem with this model. The turntable uses plastic wheels. We actually had wheels flat spot within 2 weeks of putting this unit into service. Don't know if heat is melting the plastic or the plastic is too soft to begin with.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great replacement microwave.

I purchased this microwave to replace a GE unit that had broken. Turntable is smaller and buttons rearranged but pretty much the same as I had.
