SLEEK AND APPEALING TO THE EYE! LOVE THE TOUCH PANEL DISPLAY! VENT IS NOT AS POWERFUL AS I WOULD LIKE IT TO BE BUT I REFUSE TO FRY IN MY KITCHEN ANYMORE I WOULD RATHER KEEP THE SMELL OUT AND DO IT ON THE PORCH SO ITS NOT THAT BIG OF A DEAL. I LOVE HOW MUCH ROOM IT HAS INSIDE AND THE RACK!!

The only problem/issue I have is that the key pad functions cannot be seen in low light conditions. Also the timer and cook time options should be separated, it is too easy to select the wrong function.

Bought this to replace a 10 year old microwave that died two days before Thanksgiving. It was delivered, installed and was up and running in time for Thanksgiving dinner preparations.

Bought to replace a similar GE unit, installation was fairly simple (definitely a 2-person job). Product arrived in great condition, looks great, works great. Good features, have had a couple months and no problems. Fan works well for venting over stove.

This microwave vents to the outside and that is a nice feature for removing odors and smoke. It is a typical microwave and operates well. The turntable seems to get off track a little too often and I am not sure why that happens. Otherwise, it is okay.
