The auto light timer is the feature that I like best, functional and with very intuitive keys. It looks great in my kitchen.

the microwave works great and has what I need but the appearance of the number pad looks like the plastic underneath is all wrinkled. I looks bad when you look at the microwave from the side.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We had previously had a counter top microwave (different brand). It was much noisier. We decided to get an over the stove model and love this microwave. Efficient and quiet!

Exhaust Vents

Very disappointed the exhaust vents are located on the top of the unit. Installer needed to install an additional board to bump out the microwave so the vents could vent properly. However, they are very close to our cabinets above the microwave and the moisture could be a problem. The unit now sticks out 2" from cabinet above and 5" from the cabinets next to the microwave.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
